Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Color Differences
Product colors may appear slightly different from the images on our website due to studio lighting, photography, camera settings, and individual screen displays. Minor variations in shade or tone are therefore not considered a product defect.
2. Product Quality
Our lamps are crafted using premium-quality PLA material and are produced with attention to detail. Minor surface variations or texture differences may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or non-functional upon arrival
- Significantly different from the product description
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
4. Return Request Period
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Reasons
Returns may not be accepted solely because of:
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Change of personal preference
- Expected PLA material texture or minor finish variations
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
7. Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide an unboxing video along with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
LayerCasa reserves the right to inspect each return request before approving a replacement or refund.
